Through small and large initiatives, carried out alone or in partnership with other organizations, we create pathways to dance. We seek to remove barriers that prevent certain people from participating and to make dance truly accessible to all.
Among these initiatives:
- individual support from a young facilitator when a child with a disability wishes to join our regular workshops;
- afro dance workshops with live percussion and sign language interpretation for deaf/hard of hearing people;
- a dance workshop organized in collaboration with the asbl La Lumière, intended for people with visual impairments;
- creative processes conducted in partnership with Article 27, to promote access to artistic practice for audiences in precarious situations.
Each project is a new pathway: a concrete way to enable everyone to overcome the barriers that separate them from dance.
